Together We Thrive initiative is a six-session workshop series designed to help organizations create more inclusive, welcoming, and supportive environments. Using a train-the-trainer approach, participants gain practical strategies to improve workplace culture, enhance service accessibility, and better support the communities they serve.
By fostering belonging and accessibility, organizations can attract and retain top talent, boost innovation, and strengthen overall impact. This program is an opportunity to break down barriers, build stronger connections, and create lasting, positive change.
The Together We Thrive Initiative is open to a diverse set of entities committed to fostering inclusive environments in an effort to bridge gaps for underserved communities. An underserved community is defined by a group of people who face significant barriers in accessing essential resources, services, and opportunities to achieve personal success. This can be individuals or families. This opportunity is available for organizations and businesses that serve these diverse communities and work to remove barriers to access.
Priority access will
be given to those demonstrating the greatest need for this program, particularly those with limited budgets, fewer resources, and indicating a clear commitment to applying meaningful change within and throughout their organization. This program will provide positive change to an organization for their employees and those they serve. By being accessible and creating a sense of belonging everyone will have what they need to reach their goals. Those who can demonstrate their need will have the cost of the program waived.
Note: Organization/businesses that do not meet these qualifications do have the option to participate at a reduced rate.
Applications Open April 1, 2025 and will close April 30, 2025 at 5:00pm MST.
