Jennifer Alarcon is a Sr. Director for Client Service at ADP in El Paso. In this role, she helps to drive client satisfaction and increase market share for ADP, while leading strategic initiatives to support talent, engagement, and both associate and client retention. 

Jennifer is active in her local community and with the support of ADP, hosts an annual kickball tournament that over the years has collectively raised over $25k for local non-profit organizations. In 2019, she served as the President of the El Paso Society of Human Resource Management and was recently accepted into the 45^th class of Leadership El Paso, sponsored by the El Paso Chamber. Jennifer has a passion for her community and helping others, and truly lives the ADP value of “Social Responsibility”. 

Born and raised in El Paso, Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her SHRM-CP certification.  In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, and spend time with her two dogs, Charlie and Cain.
