Frank Shindo currently serves as the Treasurer of the Underserved Communities Foundation. Frank served as the CEO of Golden Key Federal Credit Union in El Paso, TX from 1972 until his retirement in December 2017. During his long financial institution career, Frank served as President of the El Paso Chapter Affordable Housing, President of International Association of Safeway Credit Unions (IASCU) from 1986 to 1998, Board member of El Paso Affordable Housing and he was named as Who’s who of Credit Unions. Frank is devoted to serving the El Paso community, “I have seen firsthand the need for humanitarian help in our community. I have been blessed and would like to help out where possible.” Frank also enjoys golfing.
